Children's Ministry - Kid City

Children mean the world to us at Eastside! We have a number of programs aimed at making sure our children receive the message of Christ and grow as Christians. Children ages 4 through 5th Grade are encouraged to join us for Children's Church every Sunday Morning during the worship service. Children in grades 1- 6 are invited to Kids for the King each Sunday evening. Additionally we have Mission Friends, Royal Ambassadors, and Girls in Action each Wednesday evening.

The children grades 1 through 6 are currently earning points to take them along the road to the Great Wolf Lodge. They have a schedule of ways to earn points. With the help of parents, children ministry teacher's, and Kid City Leaders the points are being accumulated. They have from February through April to earn the required points. Children who earn 600 points will be rewarded with a trip to the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC. Points can be earned by making good grades in school, reading the Bible daily, attending church services and activities, telling others about Jesus, and behaving in school, at home, and at church. This is one of the many activities that Eastside has currently to teach our children and encourage them to tell others about Jesus.
